Rental Policies -Grand Rental Station - Equipment Rental in NH & MA

Customer Responsibility

  • Rented equipment is the responsibility of the customer until it is returned and accepted by Grand Rental Station. In the case that the equipment is lost or damaged in any way, the customer will be charged the full replacement or repair cost in addition to the rental cost.
  • All renters are required to have proper identification. Acceptable forms of ID: Valid Driver License or a Military I.D. Card.
  • A major credit card is required for all rental transactions. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card & American Express. We collect all rental charges & security deposits in advance at time of rental. Cardholder must be present for transaction.
  • Operator of equipment must be present at time of rental.


All customers are required to leave a credit card deposit. (There is no actual charge to the credit card account; we just need to verify that the account is open and active.) If a customer has an in-store account and it is in good standing, the signers on that account may rent equipment with no deposit.


Delivery service is available. Rates vary according to size of equipment and delivery distance. Please contact the store for specific delivery charges.

Rate Periods for Tools and Equipment

  • Rental fees are calculated for the time the equipment is rented out until it is returned; your prompt return saves you money!
  • 4-hour rate is based on 4 hours within store hours.
  • One-day rental is based on 8 hours use within a 24-hour period.
  • One-week rental is based on 40 hours use in 7 consecutive days.
  • One-month rental is based on 160 hours use in 28 consecutive days.
  • Rates are subject to change without notice.
  • Rental rates are not negotiable.


  • It is the renter's responsibility to read & understand the Terms & Conditions of the Rental Contract.
  • The operator, at the address designated, must use the equipment for the purpose of which the item was manufactured & intended. Subleasing or improper use is prohibited.
  • Customer is responsible to return rented items in same condition as rented, except for ordinary wear and tear.
  • Customer is responsible for all tire, piston and body panel damage.
